Other Special Applications Cortland Fibron specialise in the design and manufacture of special cable, hoses and umbilicals to suit a range of applications identified in specific marketing areas. However, there are a number of applications which lie outside of the market areas that we have defined. These applications include sewer inspection, hull cleaning, water pipe line repair, etc. The design philosophy and manufacturing processes employed for these cables are no different to those applied for the other product types. Our capability to provide designs and solutions for specialist applications is considerable, and we continue to broaden our capability.
